All aesthetic treatments require an appropriate consultation and suitability assessment before treatment is undertaken.

Consultations provide an opportunity to discuss your concerns, desired outcome, medical history and treatment options.

A consultation does not create an obligation to proceed with treatment.

Consultations are £30 and are fully redeemable against your first treatment.

Aesthetic Boutique reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered unsuitable or where further medical advice is required.

2. Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to individual assessment.

Treatment may not be appropriate for everyone. Relevant medical history, medication, allergies, previous aesthetic treatments and other factors may affect suitability.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to your treatment.

3. Treatment & Results

No specific result can be guaranteed.

4. Consent

Consent is an ongoing process and you may withdraw your consent before treatment is carried out.

Where appropriate, photographic records may be taken for clinical documentation and treatment comparison.

Separate consent will be requested where photographs are intended for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Prices & Payment

Current treatment prices are displayed on the Aesthetic Boutique website or confirmed during consultation.

Prices may vary depending on the treatment required, product used, treatment area and individual treatment plan.

Payment is due in accordance with the payment arrangements confirmed at the time of booking or treatment.

Aesthetic Boutique reserves the right to amend prices. Any price agreed for a specific treatment will be confirmed before treatment proceeds.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Aesthetic Boutique may apply a cancellation or missed-appointment charge where a booking has been made subject to such a policy.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rearranged where there is insufficient time to provide treatment safely and appropriately.

7. Treatment Aftercare

You will receive appropriate aftercare information following treatment.

You are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided.

If you experience unexpected or concerning symptoms following treatment, you should contact Aesthetic Boutique promptly. Where symptoms require urgent medical attention, you should seek appropriate emergency medical care.

8. Reviews & Follow-Up

Where appropriate, a follow-up or review may be recommended following treatment.

A review does not automatically mean that additional treatment will be required or provided.

Any additional treatment will be considered on an individual basis.

9. Treatment Corrections & Dissatisfaction

We aim to provide safe, appropriate and carefully considered treatment.

Individual results vary and aesthetic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
